This website is brought to you by Happy Click Sdn Bhd Group of Companies (“Happy Click”, or “We”, “Our” or “Us”). We ask that you read this Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) carefully as it contains important information about how we will process and use the personal data provided by you through this website. Please note that this policy only applies to personal data processed in respect of commercial transactions.

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), Happy Click is the “data user” (ie. the company who is responsible for, and controls the processing of the personal data provided by you).

1. Collection of personal data

1.1 Primarily, our website is informational in nature. We do not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us.

1.2 When visiting Happy Click’s websites, cookies, which is a text file placed into the memory of your computer, may be used. Happy Click may be able to use these cookies to identify you through collection of the following information during your visit to our websites and / or the fully qualified domain name from which you accessed our site, or alternatively, through your internet protocol (“IP”) address:
I. the date and time in which you accessed our website;

III. the web browser which you are using and the pages which you have accessed.

Some of Happy Click websites may require you to provide a limited amount of information in order to obtain the services you requested (i.e. name, email address, contact number). 3.1 If you would like to make any inquiries or complaints or request access or correction of your personal data, please contact our PDPA executive info@happyclick.my or at 1700 – 81 – 5630.Where you elect to contact us via telephone, please also send us an e-mail so that we may proceed to attend to your concerns upon receipt of your e-mail. Any request of access or correction of personal data may subject to a fee and will be bound by data protection laws in Malaysia.

3.2 If you have any inquiries or complaints, such as requests to limit the processing of certain information or if you think that the information that we hold about you is inaccurate, you may contact our officer in para 3.1 above.

4. Changes to this Policy

4.1 We may review and update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, changes in our business practices, procedures and structure, and the community’s changing privacy expectations.

4.2 You should check this Policy occasionally to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version which will apply each time you access this website.

4.3 While it is not generally feasible to notify you of the changes to this Policy, the latest version of this Policy will be available on this page on our website, or please contact our officer in para 3.1 above to obtain the latest version of the Policy at any time.
